vbMojo and Watersweb Solutions LLC Terms of Service
All terms of service posted at WaterswebSolutions.com and WaterswebHosting.com are applicable to clients of vbMojo, which is a division of Watersweb Solutions LLC.
Watersweb custom design terms and conditions will be spelled out in a contract between the company and each client. Terms in the contract will supersede the terms stated below. However, where the contract does not state specific terms, the terms below will apply. Unless otherwise specifically stated, Watersweb retains ownership of all graphics and designs created by its designers.
Watersweb Solutions LLC Terms of Service:
- Copyrights to the products and designs owned by Watersweb and offered on this, and all Watersweb Solutions LLC sites, will be retained by Watersweb Solutions LLC and its licensors. You may not claim ownership to any of the original products or designs in whole, or in part, without our written permission. Full copyright rights may be purchased separately.
- Your purchase of an exclusive website design gives you the right to use the design on one website with one domain name. Copyright statements and the link back to vbMojo or Watersweb Solutions LLC (at the discretion of the designer) must remain in their original places. The link back must be in the following format (with the proper information entered for the placeholders): Design Copyright © DESIGN YEAR-CURRENT YEAR by DESIGN-SITE and its licensors.
- By ordering an exclusive-use product, you will receive an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of one person or entity.
- Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed by Watersweb.
- Installation of plugins does not include customization of plugin settings beyond the installation process. Customization of plugins, such as editing settings to client specifications, adding content and altering the plugin itself, will incurr additional charges at our current hourly rate.
- Projects will begin within 24-48 business hours (based on Central time) after we receive all information necessary to complete your project. If your project is being done in phases, with approvals being required at the end of each phase, we will begin work on the current phase as soon as we receive all information and files necessary to complete the phrase, unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
- We support our designs and installations. If a plugin or software is not working properly, as a result of faulty installation, we will redo the installation or repair the problem at no additional charge.
- Support for problems arising from issues within the software or plugin itself must be sought from the owner of the software (Jelsoft, in the case of vBulletin). If you are having issues with your vbulletin software, that are not the result of faulty installation, please visit the vBulletin support community for assistance. If your plugin is malfunctioning, please seek support from from the vBulletin.org community or from the plugin’s homepage.
- Prices and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
- Watersweb is not responsible for errors caused by changes made to the software, plugins or designs by the client. Watersweb will charge our current hourly rate to repair these errors.
At vbMojo, we create designs and install software and plugins to enable you to build a thriving web community. It is your responsibility to learn how to use the tools that we have given you, including learning how to edit and make use of the tools provided in the software and plugins.
We also understand that your time is valuable and the learning curve is great. To this end, we have provided video tutorials, a link to the vBulletin official manual and other resources as we add them.
Our hourly rate is $100, with a minimum of one hour.
